Where do you even begin when adding AI to your products?
Why?
You must be thinking, Why didn't I ask this to ChatGPT?
And I did. Got a perfect solution in response. Still integrating AI into existing digital products can feel overwhelming. Between the buzzwords and the everyday evolving tools, I was not just looking for a one time solution but a framework that be applied and scaled.
How?
Using this foundation, I built a framework for product teams that:
-
Maps user journeys through human-in-the-loop principles,
-
Identifies ethical pitfalls, biases, and risks early,
-
Stages AI introduction naturally (so it feels helpful, not forced),
-
And translates big-picture values into actionable design policies.
Where?
I explored everything from YouTube to Papers, and these are the resources that helped me build my framework.
-
MIT fluid interfaces research (cyborg psychology, human–AI interaction)
-
Google PAIR guidebooks
-
TU Delft’s Ethics in AI
-
Open AI resources
-
Research papers- Appropriate Reliance on AI Advice by Max Schemmer, On Assessing Trustworthy AI in Healthcare, Ai-human interaction by Muhammed Raees
Result
A tool that helps teams integrate AI responsibly and confidently, creating interactions that evolve with both the user and the technology.
